ISO Standards

By receiving (in 2006) and renewing the quality management system certificate in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2008, as well as the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certificate for the information security management system (since 2016), “DDOR Novi Sad” a.d.o. confirmed its focus on efficiency of the quality management system in meeting the demands of our insureds, as well as on providing services under strictly defined procedures, in line with standards of the most demanding markets.

Both of these certificates were issued by the renowned international certification body “TÜV NORD”.

The ISO 10002:2004 certificate, which pertains to the complaints handling system and represents quality management for the purpose of customer satisfaction, was issued to our company in 2015. Also, the system has been expanded to include certain work safety and environmental aspects. Because of this, the company became the first insurance company in Serbia to receive the “Zaštićen potrošač” trademark.

All three systems represent one whole from the standpoint of management of business processes in the company “DDOR Novi Sad” a.d.o. and are an integral part of the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Operating in line with international standards confirms our constant striving to understand and meet the demands of buyers of our products and services as best as possible, improve their quality, show that we equally value the satisfaction of our business partners and employees, and also confirms our focus on strengthening our position on the international market.

By protecting the company’s information property, we also protect the sensitive data on clients and business partners. The goal is to maintain the continuity of the manner of operations that is in the best interest of our company and our clients.
