For the third year in a row, DDOR organized a day for employees’ children, titled “Children’s Day Brings Joy” (“Dečiji Dan Osigurava Radost”), once again showing that togetherness is at the heart of our values—not only among colleagues, but with their families as well.
Each year, DDOR aligns with a theme set by the Unipol Group, and this year’s focus was on healthy habits, nutrition, and physical activity. We carefully designed the program so that children and parents could discover, through play, fun, and socializing, just how important it is to lead a healthy and active lifestyle.
More than a hundred children visited their parents’ workplaces in Novi Sad, got acquainted with the world of insurance, and experienced a workday “from the inside.” However, the most joyful part of the day took place at the park in Gallery Square, where a variety of fun activities awaited them: creative and sports workshops, drawing, face painting, a healthy corner, cycling challenges, and performance of movie soundtracks by a chamber orchestra.

The children took home symbolic gifts, but more importantly, memories of a day when they experienced the adult world as a place full of opportunities for learning, growth, and inspiration.
At DDOR, we believe the workplace should be a space where values are lived out, and that investing in family, community, and responsible upbringing is just as important as business success.
