DDOR Novi Sad a.d.o respects the privacy of users of the presentation.

“DDOR Novi Sad“ a.d.o. shall collect, process and keep its clients’ personal data in line with the Law on Personal Data Protection.

By filling out appropriate fields on the pages of our web presentation, the client shall provide consent for collecting and further processing of these data.

A client can revoke this consent at any moment by calling our Customer Center.

All personal data that the client enters in the fields provided shall be treated as strictly confidential and kept permanently, or until a possible recall.

Only basic and necessary client data and data necessary for business operations and informing of clients shall be collected, in accordance with the law on good business practice, in order to provide quality service.

Clients are given the opportunity to choose, including the possibility of deciding whether they wish to subscribe to a mailing list that is used for marketing purposes and notification on campaigns we are conducting.

“DDOR Novi Sad” a.d.o. shall keep the privacy of all its clients, by using modern technological procedures that provide a reliable and safe way of using the Internet.

All data on the clients shall be kept strictly confidential and processed in accordance with current regulations, and shall be available only to the employees who need those data in order to perform their jobs.

Personal data shall not be made available to third parties without the explicit consent of the person to whom the data refer.

A natural person whose data are processed shall have the right to insight into the data and copies thereof, as well as the right to recall the given consent.


When entering data on payment cards, confidential information is transferred through a public network in a protected (encrypted) form by using SSL protocol and PKI system, currently the most advanced cryptographic technology.

Security of data when purchasing is guaranteed by the processor of payment cards of Banca Intesa a.d. Beograd, and therefore, the entire process of collection is carried out on webpages of the bank. At no time are the data on payment cards available to our system.
