At its meeting held on 17 December 2025, the Supervisory Board of “DDOR Novi Sad” a.d.o. Novi Sad adopted a decision appointing Marco Zaccanti as a member of the Executive Board of DDOR Insurance.
In his new role, Mr Zaccanti will be responsible for coordinating activities within the IT Functional Area, the Accounting, Tax and Financial Reporting Function, the Strategic Planning, Management Control and Reporting Function, as well as the Organization Function.
Mr Zaccanti joined the Unipol Group in 2007, where he held a number of senior management positions in the areas of organization, planning, IT governance and operational transformation. Prior to his appointment to the Executive Board of DDOR, he served within the Unipol Group as Head of the Organization Sector and Organizational Development Manager, leading large multidisciplinary teams and coordinating complex integration, restructuring and optimization projects.
Before joining the Unipol Group, Mr Zaccanti gained international experience at Bain & Company and Value Partners, working on strategic and operational projects across multiple industries in Italy and throughout Europe.
His extensive experience and expertise will contribute to the further strengthening of DDOR Insurance’s organizational structure, processes and innovation capabilities.
