The Supervisory Board of “DDOR Novi Sad” a.d.o. Novi Sad, at its meeting held on September 22, adopted a decision appointing Vladimir Malešević as Chairman of the Executive Board. His mandate officially began on October 2, 2025, when he succeeded the previous Chairman of the Executive Board, Francesco Masci.
Vladimir Malešević has been a member of the Executive Board of DDOR Insurance since 2018, overseeing the Insurance Operations and Product Development Division as well as the Claims Management Division.
He began his professional career at DDOR Insurance in 1999, after graduating from the Faculty of Economics in Subotica. Over the years, he has held a number of responsible positions — he served as Director of the Reinsurance Department within the Novi Sad-Re Directorate and as a member of the Supervisory Board of DDOR Re a.d.o., then as Director of the Non-Life Insurance Directorate. Since 2018, he has headed the Claims Management Division, which, as of 2019, also includes the Insurance Operations and Product Development Division.
In addition, he actively participates in the work of the Association of Serbian Insurers, where over the years he has served as a member or chairman of various committees.
