Which pets can be insured?

- Pets with a microchip and passport, in accordance with applicable regulations.
- No breed restrictions, except in cases defined by the insurance terms and conditions.
Insurance packages
The “Zdravo da su” policy is available in three packages:
- Bronze Package – basic protection covering essential costs.
- Silver Package – extended protection with additional coverage and higher limits.
- Gold Package – the most comprehensive coverage for maximum pet security.
The policy can be paid in a single payment or in 12 monthly installments, and costs are reimbursed within 14 days. Claims can also be submitted online, simplifying the entire process.
