We hereby notify policyholders and insureds under life insurance contracts with stipulated insured sum in the event of death by suicide that the provisions of insurance terms and conditions which prescribe the exclusion or limitation of the Company’s liability have been repealed, in order to provide complete protection of the rights of insurance service users.

The above contracts shall be directly subject to the provisions of Art. 949 of the Law on Contracts and Torts.

Pursuant to the above, the risk of death by suicide shall be fully covered under insurance, upon the expiry of the third year of the insurance term.
