The insurance company “DDOR Novi Sad” was one of the sponsors of this year’s Cinema City International Film Festival, held in June 18-25, in Novi Sad.
Every year those eight days of the Festival transform the entire city into a cinema – more than 20 locations become gathering places for film aficionados but also music lovers and those interested in Cinema City academic and Media Art programmes.
This year the film programme presented 14 selections of domestic and foreign productions, and three competition selections as well as numerous review selections. Over 150 films have been screened, 60 of them premiering for the first time in Serbia, and the total of 20 awards have been presented for domestic, international and low budget productions. Over 80.000 visitors attended Cinema City 2011.
