As of January, “DDOR Novi Sad” supplemented its offer with one more service for pensioners – “Home Assistance and Care“, which provides maximum care for our senior citizens after an accident.
“Home Assistance and Care” service is available to clients within “Home Assistance – 24h Emergency Home Repairs” insurance. This unique program was developed in cooperation with the international assistance house “Mondial Assistance”.
After an accident which requires hospital treatment longer than 24h, in case of a broken bone or injured ligament, DDOR shall organize and cover the costs of services of home assistance and care to their insureds – for four hours a day, six weeks maximum, up to EUR 1,000 per one insured event. All users of this service have access to psychological counseling services via phone and coverage is provided for the costs of visit and accommodation in Serbia for one relative of the insured – for a maximum of 3 nights, up to EUR 600, in case of hospital treatment longer than 72 hours due to the accident. “Home Assistance and Care” insurance coverage extends to the spouse, without paying any additional premium.
We would like to remind you that “DDOR Novi Sad” initiated the “24h Emergency Home Repairs” program in June 2011. As a part of this program, in the event of sudden malfunctions inside one’s home, DDOR provides arrival of a skilled repairman certified for the type of intervention you need, in the shortest time possible. All the customers using this service are provided with a round-the-clock assistance if the need arises for services such as plumbing, carpentry, locksmith, masonry, roofing, glass repairs, electrical works and works regarding heating units, air-conditioners, cleaning and drying in case of water outflow, flood or seepage of waste water into a building structure.
All pensioners under the age of 80 can conclude the insurance policy “24h Emergency Home Repairs” + “Home Assistance and Care” for the price of only RSD 300 a month, whereas pensioners over the age of 80 can purchase the policy for RSD 432 a month.
